App Versus Browser Access
Our native Android app keeps the most frequently used game screens and asset libraries cached on your device, which reduces data consumption on your next login. Push notifications alert you to live matches in Liga 1, Piala AFF, or upcoming tournaments when you have the app installed, and you need not open a browser to receive them. The app also handles offline states more gracefully; if your connection drops during a session, the app attempts to reconnect automatically without forcing a fresh login.

We support Android 7.0 and later on devices with at least 100 megabytes of free storage. On iOS, access bkhoki through Safari on iOS 12 and later, or use the add-to-home-screen shortcut for offline-capable access to your account and games. Older Android versions (below Android 7) do not meet our security certificate standards, and we recommend upgrading your device to ensure a secure session. bkhoki is not available on phones or tablets running Android versions prior to 7.0.
Resolving Common Installation Issues
If the APK file fails to install, check that unknown sources is enabled in your security settings and that you have downloaded the file completely. Some devices show a certificate warning on first run; this is normal and indicates that you are installing from bkhoki directly rather than through a managed application store. Confirm the installation to proceed. If your device runs out of storage during installation, clear cache files in Settings → Storage and retry the download. Users who cannot locate the APK link on our site can visit the registration page and request the download link via the support form; our multilingual team responds during business hours.
Data, Permissions, and Account Security
The bkhoki app requests permission to access your device storage (to cache game assets and reduce data usage) and your network connection (to communicate with our servers). We do not request access to your contacts, location, camera, or microphone. Your account password and financial data are encrypted during transmission using industry-standard protocols. We keep your account credentials and deposit information secure through multi-factor authentication during account recovery and withdrawal flows. If you use public WiFi, we recommend enabling a VPN before logging in, though our transport encryption protects your account credentials regardless.
